Mango's Disappointing Return Policy

I went to the Mango store in Bursa recently and decided to return a purchased item after inspecting it. I was in a different city at the time due to the holiday. I was told that the item's refund could not be processed at a different location. My request for a refund was denied at another Mango store in a different city, much to my chagrin. According to company policy, refunds can only be processed at the store where the purchase was made. This situation has deeply unsettled me and led me to believe that your company falls short of expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction. In this day and age of rapid technological advancements and increased mobility, providing customers with flexibility and convenience is critical. I respectfully request that you reconsider your return policies in order to allow refunds at any branch. Customers can easily complete their transactions at the nearest store in a different city in this manner. In addition, I recommend that you review your corporate approach to ensure that you provide a more customer-centric service that is sensitive to the needs of your customers. I am hoping for a resolution and for my complaint to be taken into account for necessary improvements. I am confident that you will take a customer-first approach.
