I Face Mango Customer Service Giving Generic Replies About My Delayed Order

On September 25, 2025, I placed an order on Mango’s official website for a metallic-detailed mini shopper bag (Order No: erfcby). I paid by debit card. However, even after a full week, my order status still shows as “being prepared”, and it has not been shipped yet.
I’ve experienced similar delays with Mango orders in the past. When I reached out to customer service, the only response I received was that the warehouse team is preparing my order and it will be shipped as soon as possible. However, this response does not resolve my issue or provide a clear timeframe.
I request that my order be prepared and shipped immediately.
