Mango Exchange Request was Met by Random Order Cancel

I am so incredibly sorry that I had to experience this with my order. It was all going so well and ordinary, I had my heart set on getting certain Mango pieces and even went through the trouble of requesting an exchange for a different size. The idea of getting a good deal, especially during a sale, is always exciting, isn't it? But, to my dismay, my exchange request was canceled, and instead, the refund process was started. Even to complicate matters, it seems that now the product is being sold at a price that is even higher than what I originally paid for it. The idea of losing out on a good deal is always disheartening, especially when one has already gone through a lot. And to add insult to injury, I feel like I've been deceived or misled by the company, which is never a pleasant experience. The financial loss I've incurred and the deception I've experienced is not fair.
