Mango Coat Return Wrongly Marked Not At Address

I ordered a coat from Mango on 29 October for ₺1,200, to be delivered via Hepsijet, with the tracking number Mango200000993432. On 1 December 2025, around 12:00 p.m., I saw that the return process had been initiated for my shipment with the note “not recognized at address.” However, no courier ever came to my home and I did not receive any phone call. In other words, my package was returned without any real delivery attempt, based on a false statement that I was “not recognized at address.” When I contacted Hepsijet customer service, they told me that they could not do anything, that they could only open a complaint record, and that since the return process had been started, it was not possible to reverse it. Mango customer service, on the other hand, informed me that if the product was returned to them, they would only be able to refund the money, and that if I wanted to buy the same coat again, I would have to purchase it at the non-discounted price and could not benefit from the previous discount. As a result, the discounted product I purchased was cancelled entirely due to the courier’s incorrect and misleading statement, and now, if I want to buy the same product again, I have to pay approximately ₺1,800. Although I have no fault in this situation and there is no issue with my address, I am being financially victimized due to a problem arising from the cargo company. I request that Hepsijet conduct the necessary investigation regarding this false statement and the “not recognized at address” note entered without any delivery attempt, and that action be taken against the responsible person or persons. In addition, I request that Mango and Hepsijet jointly produce a solution so that I can receive the coat I originally bought at a discount, either without paying any additional fees or under the same discount conditions as my original purchase.
