I Can’t Close My Maltcasino Account and They’re Blocking Withdrawals with ID Requests
I’ve been a user on Maltcasino for a while and never had any problems until recently. Now, every time I try to deposit or withdraw money, they suddenly require identity verification—asking for both a selfie and a copy of my ID. What’s frustrating is that I know other users who aren’t being asked for these documents, which makes this feel arbitrary and unfair.
What’s worse is that when I try to close my account altogether, they refuse to process the request. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they keep dragging the issue out. I’ve had enough of this runaround.
