Makes You Fluent AI Speaking Feature Was Not Available as Advertised

I discovered the “Makes You Fluent” language-learning app through an advertisement I saw on Instagram. The advertisement clearly showed an AI-powered speaking feature, so I decided to purchase the service. However, after paying, I discovered that the advertised AI conversation feature was not actually available as presented. I feel that the service was marketed as offering AI-powered speaking practice but provided something substantially different after purchase.

The other content is also very poor. There is no clear way to track what I have learned or measure my progress, making the platform difficult to use as an effective language-learning service. In my experience, the service does not provide the value I expected for the amount I paid.

Within one week of my purchase, I contacted the company by email and requested that my subscription be canceled and my payment refunded. However, instead of resolving my request, they have continued to delay the process by giving me different responses each time I contact them.

I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount I paid be refunded. I also ask the company to review the way this service is advertised and ensure that customers are clearly informed about the actual features available before making a purchase.
