ChatGPT Plus Cancellation Request Cites Poor Performance and System Glitches
I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription through the App Store, but I was not satisfied with the service at all. I started the subscription yesterday, and today — before even 24 hours had passed — I canceled it. Despite that, what I went through disrupted my work and left me seriously feeling wronged.
After getting the subscription, the system didn't work as promised. I didn't get the performance I expected during content creation and editing, it didn't edit content the way I wanted, I couldn't finish my work on time, and my work processes fell seriously behind schedule. On top of that, within a short period I started getting warnings that I had hit usage limits, which pushed me toward upgrading to a higher-tier plan. This created a feeling of being trapped into a money grab that forces users to pay more.
What's more, even while I was trying to write my complaint, I ran into issues where I couldn't move forward or continue in the system, which made it even clearer to me just how inadequate and problematic this service is. For all these reasons, I canceled my ChatGPT Plus subscription, and since I wasn't able to make effective use of this service, I'm requesting a full refund of the ChatGPT Plus fee charged through the App Store.
I want my situation resolved as soon as possible and my refund processed.
