Mahindra XUV7XO Delivery Delayed Beyond Promised Waiting Period

I booked a Mahindra XUV7XO AX7L DSL MT STR REVT in Stealth Black / Midnight Black colour from India Garage, Bangalore on 23 May 2026. At the time of booking, I paid a booking amount of ₹21,000 and was clearly promised a waiting period of 8 weeks for delivery. Despite this, the promised 8-week period has passed and there is still no clear information about the delivery of my vehicle. When I followed up with the dealership, the sales person’s attitude was rude and arrogant, and he gave very vague answers, speaking as if he was not responsible as a Mahindra representative and showing no clarity about the expected delivery date. As a loyal Mahindra customer upgrading from an XUV500 to the XUV7XO, this experience is very disappointing. I request that Mahindra and India Garage provide a confirmed delivery date immediately and arrange delivery of my vehicle as soon as possible. I also request that the behaviour of the concerned dealership staff be reviewed, as the way I have been treated does not reflect the standards expected from Mahindra.
