Mahindra XUV400 EV Has Constant Breakdowns and Battery Problems

I bought a Mahindra XUV400 EV expecting a dependable electric car, but my experience has been absolutely annoying. I have seen several breakdowns in a few months, and each time the automobile needs to be taken to the service shop. The most worrying problem is the apparently somewhat erratic battery and charging system. After a few days of idleness, the car usually fails to start; the charger itself has already broken twice. The infotainment system is also prone to faults; Alexa connectivity only runs 10–20% of the time. A car of price range shouldn't have such ongoing technical issues. Mahindra has made owning this car a continuous battle with regular repairs and service calls, instead of providing a flawless EV experience. Mahindra should admit these reoccurring problems and offer a suitable fix if he really values its consumers.
