Salespeople at Mac Cosmetics Were Extremely Rude
I went to Mac Cosmetics at Akbati and it was a total letdown. I won't be shopping there ever again. I don't usually like to complain, but I have to say that the disrespect I experienced was really noticeable. I went up to the blonde lady and asked her which mascara was the best-selling one. I told her that I wanted to buy it as a gift. She gave me one, but at the checkout, another worker said it wasn't the kind they wanted. She kept saying it was for lashes that are not very long. I went up to the blonde lady again and asked for the best-selling version, while making a casual joke. She gave it, but she didn't seem happy about it. When I was at the counter, the cashier started talking to me loudly and scolded me, saying that my eyelashes weren't short. When I told her it was for a friend, she responded in a mean way. Even when I asked about testers, she responded aggressively. This amount of anger is not okay. I'm never gonna walk by that store again. We use our money to buy things; we don't expect to get things without paying for them. Why are you acting like that?
