Mac Cosmetics Refused to Exchange Product Sold in the Wrong Shade
I went to the Mac store at Capacity Mall on December 8, 2023, and picked out a few things. I was really disappointed when I found out that a store employee had put the wrong shade of a product I liked during the trial. They even got the tones wrong for two items. So, I went back to the store the next day to fix the problem. I had a really bad experience with someone who had a really terrible and unacceptable attitude. When they watched the security footage, the employees confessed that they only checked the items for damage when they put them on the pallet. They didn't bother to check the other products. I didn't even open the product boxes because the mistake was obvious. The people working at the store and someone who said they were the manager didn't admit their mistakes and treated me badly. When I asked to see the camera footage, they said no. If you don't do anything about this, I'll take it to the Consumer Court and have my lawyer file complaints against your employees and the brand.
