On September 29, 2024, I purchased a concealer from a Mac Cosmetics store, only to discover that the internal mechanism is defective and causes constant leakage. The product is essentially unusable in its current state. When I reached out to the store for an exchange, I was told that I could only speak with the store manager by 5:00 PM and that they couldn’t assist me otherwise.
I am highly disappointed with the lack of support and the response I received, especially as this is a faulty product I purchased in good faith. I am requesting an immediate replacement to resolve this issue and address the inconvenience caused by this defective item.
