MAC Cosmetics Refused Return for Unopened Products

On February 8, 2025, I purchased several products from a MAC Cosmetics store as a gift for my wife. However, when I brought them home, she realized they were expensive and not products she would use. Since the items were completely unopened, with intact packaging and seals, I decided to return them.
When I called MAC customer service at 0850 211 9852, I was shocked to hear that they do not allow returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This is completely unreasonable for unused, sealed products.
I am requesting immediate assistance with this matter. Given the brand’s reputation, I expected better customer service. Please provide a solution—at the very least, allow an exchange for more suitable products.
