Mac Cosmetics Defective Lipstick Smells Bad

On December 31, 2022, I purchased a New Year's set from the Mall Of Istanbul store, only to find a defective lipstick emitting a foul, nauseating smell. Upon seeking a refund or exchange at the store, I was dismissed with claims that it's just the normal scent of the lipstick – a statement that contradicted the fact that only one product had an unusual odor. Unsatisfied, I contacted customer service, only to face further complications and, to this day, have not received a resolution. Online research revealed similar complaints on various platforms, making the experience at this reputed store a complete disappointment.
