Lyft charged $50 to my Ziraat Bank credit card without my knowledge or permission. The transaction is still in the pending stage. I contacted the bank and had my card canceled, but they said they couldn’t do anything to reverse the charge. I’m extremely frustrated and feel that Lyft needs to correct this mistake immediately. If the company doesn’t resolve this issue and refund my money, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the authorities. This is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution from Lyft to avoid further action.
