Lyft Lost-and-Found Help Isn't Effective, I Need To Talk To Someone!!
this Lyft lost and-found situation is giving me a headache! It all happened on April 31st, with my daughter, we took a Lyft home after a fun day at the amusement park, and somehow, in all the excitement and rush- we were going to a concert, her brand new Nintendo Switch ended up getting left in the backseat, since then, it's been a total nightmare trying to track it down. I used the Lyft app to report the lost item, but all I could do was send a message to the driver. even tried calling the driver through the app, but it just went straight to voicemail, they aren’t even trying to help. Their online help center is a maze of useless articles, and there's no way to actually talk to a real person! Why is it too much to ask these days??
