Lost Nautica Drone, No Signal, No Control, and a Disappointing Gift Experience

like two days ago, I was super stoked 'cause I bought a drone for my spouse. But get this, after only three tries, it straight up flew away without picking up any signals from the remote and got lost. Can you believe that? It totally didn't respond to any commands at all. Even though we were all hooked up to the phone, we couldn't check out any cool videos or pictures. We're super bummed because our money got wasted and we couldn't even use it. I got it as a gift for my spouse. Hey, I need your help and support. We were so excited to check out its features, snap some awesome pics, and just have a good time, but such a letdown. As soon as we started using the drone, it was clear that something was off, it just floated away, not caring about what we said, and then it vanished. We were totally stuck, couldn't get it back or take control again.
