As a woman, I signed up for Luxy Dating and tried the free version, but things went bad very quickly. I worked hard to make a profile and set up a date with a man. But just a few hours before we were supposed to meet, I found out that the pictures he used weren't his. That was not only embarrassing, but it also wasted a lot of my time. I also saw some men trying to get women to invest in shady "investment opportunities," which made me feel uneasy and unsafe. My account was suddenly suspended after a few months, and I didn't know why. I contacted customer service in the hopes of getting an answer, but I never heard back. Using an app where scams go unchecked and support doesn't even respond to your concerns is very scary.
