Bumble Banned My Account Quickly, No Refund on Subscription
Bumble is a fraud. Besides the fact that I did not manage to get any date, because I could not use it for more than a few days. I bought a permanent subscription and banned after 2 days with no reason and no explanation. I asked for a refund and they never answered me. They only answer in some review platforms telling ex-customers that they can get a refund, because Bumble employees try to protect their reputation, but in reality they never or almost never refund banned users. When customers find out about the lack of transparency, and that they will not get any refund, it is already too lake and Bumble stole their money for a service that will not be provided. Bumble is a scam, not transparent at all, managed by seriously dishonest people. Mind that Badoo is now owned by the same people. Stay away from Bumble and in general from dating apps, because they have a very bad reputation for a valid reason: They have been created to take your money with the illusion that you will find your significant one, the partner of your dreams. And dating apps are particularly bad and ineffective for me, since more than 80% of men using dating apps never get any useful result, no matter how much money they spend. There are other better ways to meet new people. Dating apps are certainly not among those options.
