Luxy Dating Still Not Reactivating My Membership After 14 Days

I have been a Luxy Dating member for a long time. Some time ago, I deleted the app because I wasn’t using it regularly. Recently, I decided to reinstall it and log back in. When I did, Luxy informed me that my profile would take 14 days to be reactivated.
However, even though the 14-day waiting period has already passed, my membership is still not active. I cannot access my profile, and I am unable to use the service I originally signed up for. This has left me extremely frustrated, as I have waited patiently for the promised timeline to pass.
I expect Luxy to immediately reactivate my account and ensure that paying and long-term users are not left waiting indefinitely without clear support or explanation.
