Massimo Dutti Linen Shirt Faded and Shrank After Only Three Washes

I purchased a Massimo Dutti men's linen shirt from the Massimo Dutti online store on June 26. After only a short period of use and just three washes, the shirt developed significant color fading and noticeable shrinkage. I carefully followed the care instructions on the label, washing it at 30°C (86°F) for no more than 30 minutes, yet these problems still occurred. Experiencing such severe deterioration after minimal use has been extremely disappointing for a product in this price range.

After noticing the defects, I returned the shirt to a Massimo Dutti store for inspection. However, my claim was rejected. I do not believe it is reasonable for a linen shirt to fade and shrink so dramatically after only three washes when it has been cared for exactly as instructed. I am dissatisfied with the outcome of the inspection and, if necessary, I can provide my purchase invoice and the documents related to my return request.

I believe this shirt is defective due to a manufacturing or material issue. I request that Massimo Dutti resolve my complaint by providing a full refund as my preferred solution. If a refund is not possible, I expect an appropriate replacement or another fair resolution that reflects the quality standards associated with the Massimo Dutti brand.
