Massimo Dutti Jeans Developed a Permanent Stain From the Leather Patch

I purchased a pair of Massimo Dutti Tapered Fit men's jeans (EUR 38) from the Massimo Dutti store in Ankara. After wearing them only a few times, I noticed that the leather patch on the waistband had left a permanent stain on the fabric. The problem became apparent after the second or third wash, and I believe the discoloration was caused by the material of the leather label rather than by improper use or washing.

It is extremely disappointing to experience what appears to be a manufacturing or material defect in a product at this price point. The stain originated from a component of the jeans themselves, making it clear that the issue was not caused by normal wear or misuse. A premium product should maintain its appearance after only a few washes, and the materials used should not damage the fabric.

I ask Massimo Dutti to investigate this issue carefully and evaluate whether the leather patch or its dye is responsible for the permanent stain. I also request that the company review the materials used in the production of this model to prevent similar problems for other customers. If the defect is confirmed, I expect an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
