LuckyWins Refused My Account Closure and Disabled It Without Warning

When I asked LuckyWins to deactivate my account, they balked with my request. Rather, I was instructed it should be raised to a manager who would ostensibly try to persuade me to keep playing. I was advised to "check back later" and received evasive answers when I questioned when this would be settled. Reading reviews helped me to see this is a typical strategy used to postpone account termination. Left without a clear answer, I put €100 and carried on playing till finally my balance came to €150. When I went to log in the following day, my account was disabled without warning or explanation. I can't get my money right now, and LuckyWins has totally disregarded my calls to them. This is dishonesty and unacceptable behavior! I owe them €150.
