LOT Polish Airlines Delays and Poor Service Ruined Istanbul–Krakow Trip

Our round-trip journey with LOT Polish Airlines from Istanbul to Krakow and back turned into a complete ordeal. Our outbound flight was postponed by three hours and then rescheduled for the following day. During this entire waiting period, passengers were not attended to at all, and no refreshments or assistance were provided. On our return journey from Krakow, there were again serious disruptions, including a four-hour delay. During check-in in Krakow, even though there were empty seats on the aircraft, my spouse and I were seated separately. In addition, our cabin baggage was insistently taken and placed in the aircraft hold under the claim that the plane was full, while the cabin bags of passengers boarding after us were allowed on board. I also witnessed the same treatment being applied to several other Turkish passengers. Despite submitting a complaint letter that included many additional negative experiences I cannot fully list here, we were not even provided with basic feedback or information. This airline demonstrated an extremely unprofessional attitude, and I am genuinely surprised that it is a member of the Star Alliance. If possible, I believe it would be far better to choose other airlines instead.
