However, since I started using this shampoo, I’ve experienced constant itching on my scalp, redness, swelling on my forehead, and even breakouts.
I’ve followed the usage instructions carefully, so this reaction is unexpected and very disappointing. As someone who trusted this product for its quality and effectiveness, I’m deeply frustrated with the discomfort and skin issues it has caused. Loreal, I urge you to investigate this problem and address the safety of your product. Customers shouldn’t have to endure such reactions while using a product as intended.
