Loreal Paris Advantage Package Item Not Included

I purchased the Loreal Paris Advantage Package, which was supposed to contain 7 items, but one item was missing. When I contacted customer service to report the missing product, they informed me after 3 days that they had reviewed the surveillance cameras and all products had been properly placed in the box. Furthermore, they suggested that if I wished, I could review the footage of the order process at any store. Really? How can I possibly determine the package owner solely based on camera recordings? Due to this, I also requested the camera recordings as I opened the package at my workplace. I will not simply give up on a product I paid for due to such superficial reasons. You have no right to put people in this situation. I have checked the box multiple times and asked others to check it as well, but the product you sent is indeed missing. Your response to this is also absurd.
