I bought La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo (+) from L'Oréal through a legit seller. But the packaging, type of bottle, and contents of this product that I use every day were noticeably changed. The smell was really weird, like burnt skin, and they sent me the product without a receipt.
I asked for an invoice several times, but they never gave me one and didn't offer any solution. I took some really good pictures of the product and sent them to L'Oréal Turkey. They told me that the product doesn't have a batch number and it's illegal. They told me to give it back to them and said they would take legal action against the seller.
They said they would send me a new product, but even though I returned the broken one, they didn't send me a replacement. Whenever you call their customer service hotline, they always make a habit of intentionally delaying and discouraging you. I can't believe it! The product I got from a legit seller turned out to be fake, and L'Oréal Turkey isn't helping me out with this issue.
I'm in a bad place both financially and morally. I'm definitely going to keep pushing this issue and talk about it on all platforms.
