I purchased the True Match Nude Foundation Serum from the official distributor of L'Oréal Türkiye through Trendyol, a product I had used before and still use. However, after their behavior, I will never use it again. The product arrived damaged, had been opened, and after the first application, I noticed issues.
I stopped using it and reported the problem to Trendyol. The response I received merely stated that the product was original and that products shipped by L'Oréal to their warehouses are carefully inspected and packaged before being sent to customers. I did not claim that the product was not original but rather that it had quality issues.
They seem to test the products themselves by applying them all over their faces, and that's why they are so convinced of the quality. However, it is extremely odd that they do not even request an opened but unused item for inspection, instead dismissing the customer as unjustified. The attitude that it's not our product that is faulty but the customer's face is unacceptable!
They argue that if a person claims the product is defective, then the problem lies with the person because they are so convinced from their end. I will never buy any product from them again.
