My Favorite L'Occitane Intensive Repair Shampoo No Longer Softens My Hair

I have been a loyal customer using L'Occitane Intensive Repair shampoo and conditioner for many years. After using and enjoying this line for approximately eight years, I purchased it again a week ago from the L'Occitane store in Bursa Sur Yapı. However, the newly purchased shampoo and conditioner are completely different from the ones I previously used, both in terms of scent and effectiveness.

During my previous purchases, my hair would remain soft for a long time after application, and the scent would linger. This time, however, neither the shampoo nor the conditioner provides any softness, nor does the product's fragrance stay in my hair. Experiencing such a decline in performance despite being the exact same product line has left me severely disappointed.

I request an inspection to determine whether there has been a reformulation or if there is an issue with the specific batch I purchased, along with a product exchange or an appropriate resolution if deemed necessary. As someone who has preferred this brand and product line for years, I expect a clear explanation and support regarding this matter.
