L’Occitane Refund Delayed and No Response After Product Return

Thank you for everything. Even taking action made me very happy, and I also thank you for your small gifts.

On September 2, 2024, I purchased 8-9 items from a L’Occitane store. I was disappointed with the shampoo and conditioner, so I spoke with the store employee, Ms. S**, who assured me that I could return them for a refund. I returned the items to the store on September 17, provided my IBAN details, and was told the refund would be processed within seven days. However, it has now been over ten days, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite emailing their customer support, I haven’t received any response. I feel completely ignored, with no one available to address the issue. L’Occitane’s service is excellent at the time of sale, but their after-sales support is severely lacking. This kind of experience is disappointing and unacceptable for a brand of their reputation. I need my refund processed immediately.
