On November 17 at 5:56 PM, I purchased a 250 ml L’Occitane Verveine shower gel from the L’Occitane store located in Akasya Mall. I paid with my debit card, the amount was around $29, and I have the corresponding bank statement.
In the 8 days following the purchase, I used the product a total of 3–4 times. Even though I did not apply it directly to my genital area, each time I washed my upper body and rinsed off, the product came into contact with that area and caused a strong burning sensation. The burning continues for a while even after I get out of the shower, and it is very uncomfortable.
I shared this issue via a message to your official Instagram account and asked what steps we could take and whether an exchange would be possible, but I did not receive any response or solution-oriented approach.
For this reason, I request that this product—which has negatively affected my health—be exchanged for the L’Occitane product I have always used before without any issues. I kindly ask that you get back to me and resolve my grievance.
