L’Occitane Customer Service Not Answering — Stuck on Hold With No Representative

I called L’Occitane customer service around 7:00 PM regarding an issue with one of my online orders. However, I was only placed on hold with music playing, and I was never able to reach a representative. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I kindly request that you get back to me and provide information by calling me directly.
