Disappointing Experience at L'Occitane Palladium – Rude Staff and Limited Tester Access
As a regular L'Occitane Palladium customer, I was shocked by the rude treatment I received on October 26, 2024, around 6:20 PM. The salesperson greeted me while talking on the phone, showing no professionalism or respect for customers. When I asked to try some tester creams, I was told, “No, you can’t have them all or try each one.” I entered the store intending to buy four creams, but the dismissive and unprofessional attitude left me frustrated and disappointed, leading me to walk out without making a purchase. This experience does not align with the high standards I expect from L'Occitane. I urge the company to address this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
