L’Occitane Customer Service Complaint Over Disrespectful Treatment
On Tuesday, October 6, at around 4:00 p.m., my friend and I entered the L’Occitane store at Ankamall to browse the products. There were three employees in the store, and as soon as we walked in, a middle-aged woman with short black hair approached us and asked in a rather harsh manner whether we intended to make a purchase. We had only just entered the store, so her attitude took us by surprise and made us feel uncomfortable.
The same employee then said that she needed to attend a conference and, without saying so directly, implied that we should leave the store. We had barely had a chance to look at the products, and being practically ushered out in this manner was both disrespectful and hurtful.
After the incident, I tried calling the store to explain what had happened, but nobody answered the phone. I never expected this kind of treatment from an employee of an established brand like L’Occitane.
Given the disrespectful treatment I experienced, I would appreciate a clear and sincere apology from both the store employee involved and the brand itself.
