Unauthorized LocationTool Charge From My Ziraat Mobile Account on September 12

On September 12, 2025 at 09:49, an unauthorized transaction was made from my Ziraat Mobile account with the description "LocationTool". I did not approve or authorize this payment in any way.

I have a valid order/invoice number for the transaction, but I have not yet been able to contact The Massage customer service team regarding this issue. Regardless, this withdrawal was carried out entirely without my knowledge or consent, which has caused me significant inconvenience.

I demand the immediate refund of the unauthorized amount and request urgent assistance to resolve this matter. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt explanation and correction from the responsible parties.
