Unauthorized Deductions By FamRadar

I have been noticing since January 2026 that an amount of 8,237 yen is being deducted from my card every month under the name FamRadar, even though I do not remember subscribing to this service and have never used it. I have never downloaded the FamRadar application, nor have I created an account or knowingly signed up for any FamRadar subscription. Despite this, I'm being charged subscription fees to my card without my consent. I have not yet contacted FamRadar support or my bank, but I want to formally record that these deductions are unauthorized. I request that this unwanted subscription be immediately cancelled, that any future charges be stopped, and that all amounts deducted since January 2026 be fully refunded to me. I expect the issue to be investigated and a clear explanation to be provided as to how this subscription was started without my knowledge or consent.
