LocationTool Made an Unauthorized Automatic Charge to My Account

On May 13, an automatic charge of $97 was made to my İş Bankası debit card by a website called LocationTool, even though I have never subscribed to its services or authorized any recurring payments. I have never created an account on this website, signed up for a membership, or given permission for any payment to be processed. The dollar amount is based on the current USD/TRY exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

As soon as I discovered the unauthorized transaction, I contacted my bank and filed a charge dispute. My bank informed me that an investigation has been opened and that the case is currently under review.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the full $97 be refunded to me immediately. I also ask that the necessary safeguards be put in place to prevent any future unauthorized charges from being processed on my account.
