Unauthorized Locationtool Subscription Took Money From My Bank Account

I recently discovered that Locationtool, a phone and location tracking website, has been withdrawing money from my account without my knowledge or authorization. I previously created an account under the name E Y***, but I no longer actively use the website. Despite this, recurring charges have been processed every month since May 13, and I found that a total of $97 has been withdrawn from my account. The dollar amount is based on the current USD/TRY exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

These payments have been deducted from my İş Bankası account. I never signed up for a paid subscription, never gave my consent for recurring billing, and never accepted any terms authorizing these charges. When I contacted my bank, no solution was provided, and none of the unauthorized transactions have been refunded.

I demand that Locationtool immediately cancel the subscription that was activated without my explicit authorization and issue a full refund of the $97 that has been withdrawn from my account to date. I also expect a thorough investigation into these unauthorized recurring charges and a prompt resolution of this matter.
