LocationTool Charges €1.25 but Fails to Deliver Location Service
About one hour ago, I purchased a service through the website location-tool.com in order to find the location of a phone number. I made the payment using my Visa debit card, and €1.25 was charged to my card.
After the payment, I am able to access my account on the system, but the service I purchased does not work. The location status appears as “pending,” and even after one hour has passed, no location information has been provided. I could not find any live support or contact channel to reach out to, so I have been unable to report this issue to anyone.
Because I did not receive the service I paid for, I am requesting that my issue be resolved—either by refunding the amount I paid or by providing the promised location service in full.
