I am writing to report that location-tool.com has charged my CaixaBank Visa card three times for a service that I have not used. On 15/01/2025, three charges of €0.62 each were made to my Visa card in connection with a search or trial on location-tool.com. Despite these charges, I did not use the service or obtain any benefit from it, nor was it my intention to authorize three separate payments. I respectfully request a full refund of the three charges made to my card and, if any subscription or recurring payment has been created without my explicit consent, I ask for its immediate cancellation and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my CaixaBank account in Spain.
