Little Caesars Sent Incomplete Orders Twice in a Row
I am writing regarding a recurring problem with orders placed through GetirYemek from the Little Caesars İstinye branch.
My last two orders from this branch were delivered with missing items. After experiencing the problem the first time, I specifically called the restaurant before placing my next order and explained that my previous order had arrived incomplete. I clearly asked the staff to double-check my order to ensure that everything was included this time.
Despite this warning, my second order also arrived with missing items.
The fact that the same mistake was repeated even after I contacted the branch in advance has left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Repeated order errors like this are disappointing and fall well below the level of service I expect from a company that values customer satisfaction.
I respectfully request a sincere apology for the inconvenience I have experienced and ask that the repeated mistakes at the Little Caesars İstinye branch be investigated. I also request that appropriate measures be taken to improve order accuracy and prevent similar issues from affecting other customers in the future.
