Little Caesars Charged Me Too Much for Delivery Without Clear Service Fee Info
On December 10, 2025 at around 1:18 PM, I placed an order from the Little Caesars - Tekstilkent Şubesi location on Barbaros Caddesi in Oruç Reis Mahallesi. The amount I expected to pay for my order was about $15, but I was charged $22 in total on my receipt.
When I asked about the price difference, I was told it was due to a service charge, even though my order was not served at a table and was delivered to my home. I discussed this overcharge with the branch, but they denied that any mistake had been made and offered no solution.
I believe it is unfair to be charged such a high extra amount labeled as a service charge without clear, prior disclosure, especially when no table service was provided. I request a review of the order and receipt records for that date and time, correction of this unfair overcharge, and a refund of the extra amount that was charged to me. I also kindly ask that measures be taken to ensure such unclear and excessive service charges are not applied to customers in this way again.
