Litmatch App Issues 100-Year Account Ban After Single Warning

I have been using the Litmatch app for a few days and yesterday morning my account was suddenly banned until the year 2125. Before this, I had only received one warning, and in that warning it was clearly stated that I would receive three warnings before any ban would be applied. In the hours before the ban, I was only chatting with a friend and did not engage in any behaviour that I believe violates your community guidelines. Despite this, I received a “Friendly reminder” screen stating that my account was banned for violating community rules, with BAN_ID 39719214, and the ban end date shown as 26.03.2125. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for this ban, and that the ban be removed if there is no concrete and valid violation. I expect my account access to be restored or at least the ban period to be reconsidered and reduced to a reasonable level.
