Litmatch Account Suspended Without Explanation

My Litmatch account, with the username “رافائ***”, was banned on 06/06/2026 while I was simply using the app normally. I was in my private room with a friend, listening to music on my Android phone, when I suddenly received a notice saying that my account had been banned, without any prior warning or explanation. I do not understand the reason for this ban, as I was not violating any rules or behaving inappropriately at the time. I feel wronged for being banned without having done anything to justify such a measure and without any clarification from the platform. I kindly request a review of this ban and a clear explanation of what allegedly led to it. I ask that my account be reactivated if no concrete evidence of any violation is found, since I was only using Litmatch to chat and listen to music with my friend.
