Litmatch Closed My Account Suddenly With No Cause. Requesting Restoration
My Litmatch account with the username 🐺☾✯卂ㄥ卩卂尺丂ㄥ卂几☾✯ was suddenly banned today even though I did not violate any rules. When I tried to log into the app, I saw that I could no longer access my account, and no warning or explanation was provided.
Just 2–3 minutes before the ban, I had entered my own room and was simply listening to music. I did not send any messages or do anything that could be considered a rule violation. Despite this, my account was shut down without reason, which I find completely unfair and unjustified.
I request that Litmatch review all activity records on my account and urgently restore my access, as it will clearly show that I did not violate any rules. I also ask that I be informed clearly and specifically about the exact reason why my account was banned.
