Litmatch Imposed Short Ban Without Telling User What Went Wrong

My Litmatch account with the username “Can” was banned for one day about two hours ago. I don’t fully understand the reason for this ban, and no explanation has been provided to me.

If I did something that violated the platform’s rules, I would like to know what it was so I can avoid repeating it and make any necessary corrections. However, since I don’t know what rule was allegedly violated, I currently have no opportunity to explain myself or fix the situation.

I respectfully request that the ban decision be reviewed again and, if possible, that the ban duration be lifted, or at least that I be given clear information about which rule I violated.
