Litmatch Wrongfully Banned My Account for 2 Days With No Reason

I didn’t use the Litmatch app for even a full hour today. When I tried to log in around 8:00 p.m., I saw that my account had been given a 2-day ban. The screen said the ban would be lifted in 2 days and 20 hours.

I always use the app carefully and follow the rules at all times. I have never engaged in harassment, spam, rule violations, or anything similar. Despite this, I was banned without any warning and without being given a reason, which I find completely unfair.

I request that this 2-day ban—issued even though I committed no rule violation—be urgently reviewed and lifted immediately today, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding the reason for my ban.
