Litmatch Bans Account for Years Without Explanation

My account on the Litmatch app has been unfairly banned for approximately three years, and I have been unable to log in. Even though I did not violate any rules, my account was closed without any reason or prior warning being communicated to me.

The email address associated with my account is m****************@gmail.com**. Because I cannot log into the app, I am unable to see the reason for the ban or use my account in any way.

I request that the ban on my account be lifted and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation stating the exact reason why my account was banned.
