My Litmatch account registered with the email address “m*@gmail.com”** was banned on October 25, 2025, without any explanation. I haven’t been able to access my account for about a week, and I have not received any information about the reason for the ban. My account did not have any paid memberships or balance, and I strongly believe that I did not violate any rules. I suspect my account was suspended by mistake.

I kindly request that my account be reinstated immediately and that a clear explanation be provided regarding the reason for this ban.
