Litmatch Applies 3-Day Ban Despite No Rule Violation

I am an active Litmatch user on an Android device, and I have spent approximately $46 USD within the app. On January 12, 2026, at around 7:26 AM, my account was suddenly given a temporary ban of 2 days, 20 hours, and 30 minutes without any warning, notification, or stated reason. I did not receive any information or explanation indicating that I violated any in-app rules, which makes me feel unfairly and wrongfully restricted.
The ban number assigned to me is 33640067. Considering that I actively use the app and the money I have spent so far, being treated this way without any explanation has genuinely upset me. I request that my account and the ban decision be reviewed again and that this temporary ban— which I believe was applied unfairly—be lifted as soon as possible.
